Returns & Refunds policy

Shipping Policy:

Shipping Methods: We primarily use USPS for shipping. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track the status of your order. If you prefer an alternative shipping carrier, please note that additional fees may apply.

Address Verification: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and up to date during the checkout process. We cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed or lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Merchandise: We are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise once it has been shipped. In the event that your order goes missing or is stolen, we recommend filing a claim with the respective shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Order Processing Time: All orders typically take 2-3 business days to process before they are shipped. However, please note that our rings are made to order and may have a longer processing time of 2-3 weeks. Return Policy:

Responsibility for Return Shipping: If you wish to return an item, it is your responsibility to cover the cost of return shipping to our address:

Returns Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Returns should be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

Refunds and Replacements:

  • You have a 30-day window to return items and receive a refund or replacement.

  • All sale items are final and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • Fully carved antler rings are final sale with no refunds, but we will replace them if the wrong ring size was provided.

Return Process:

  1. Contact us at getnbucky@gmail.com to initiate a return and receive a return authorization (RA) number.

  2. Clearly label your package with the provided RA number and return it to the above address.

  3. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your return.

Additional Notes:

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return to ensure its safe arrival.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

  • Any additional fees associated with expedited shipping for returns will be at the customer's expense.
